What We Offer

As a home builder in Cedar Falls and my wife, a Realtor, we have been in the local real estate market since 1992.  We purchased our first rental property as part of a retirement plan.  Many of the units have been updated and some fully remodeled.  We take pride in offering quality, affordable housing to all of our residents.      

The concept is simple.  We have a passion for real estate.  We purchase properties that we would be comfortable living in ourselves. We keep them clean and functioning properly, making improvements as time permits.   We ask in return that our tenants do their part to maintain a clean appearance that we can both be proud of. 

We currently own properties in Cedar Falls and Waterloo, renting to many single families as well as students of local colleges.  The properties are in friendly neighborhoods close to amenities for shopping, dining, bike trails, and entertainment.
